Usage Instructions
Add 2–3 tablespoons (approx. 40–50 g) to a bathtub of warm water or half the quantity to a bucket. Stir until dissolved. Soak for 15–20 minutes. Pat dry — let the calm settle in. Use 2–3 times a week, or whenever the day demands a pause.
