Usage Instructions
Step 1 — Soak: add 2–3 tablespoons of bath salt to warm water and rest for 15–20 minutes. Step 2 — Massage: warm the massage oil between palms and work into shoulders, back, and legs in slow strokes. Step 3 — Nourish: press the body elixir onto damp skin to seal in moisture. Step 4 — Ground: swipe the balm onto temples, wrists, or the back of the neck. Breathe deep.
